Today is my birthday!
And because it's my birthday I am going to be different today. I'm not going to give you a story, instead I'm going to send you over to Read Another Page so you can enter the 39 different giveaways! Does that sound like a good idea? (Click the image below to be whisked over there.)
This week has been rainy and chilly most days. But yesterday it actually got warm! And today is sunny and already about 70º! I've gotten more walking in. In fact yesterday most of my nieces and nephews were over and they wanted to walk twice. And since I'd already walked with my sis, I ended up walking about 3.5 miles.
I'm still working on Don Wood. Finally got all the edits and the bit of rewriting done up to where I had left off. Now I just need to go write again. Maybe I can do that this evening.
Anyway, like I said, not much going on this week as far as anything interesting goes. Tomorrow we're heading up to visit my grandpa and my aunt. (It's her birthday today too.)
I don't share a birthday with anyone I know, though I think it would be fun!!
ReplyDelete:D It is.
DeleteYes, I entered a whole bunch of them, which is why I'm commenting so profusely ;)
ReplyDeleteHaHa! :D
DeleteThe weather here has been beautiful as well, so I also walked about 2 miles last night! I'm super excited to read Don Wood, I just reread through the series the last couple of days and am dying to read the next book:) When I reread Phil Wood, I was hoping that maybe the next book would be about the brother...and I'm guessing from the title that it will be?? I can't wait to get to know him! :)
ReplyDeleteAnd,yes, I'm entering in several as well, hence the extra commenting:)
DeleteOh, I do share a birthday with a neighbor, and several people from church share birthdays with other family members, but no one that we're super close to:) I have several friends that share a birthday with each other and April Fool's Day as well, just to make it worse.
DeleteSorry Don Wood isn't ready quite yet. But yes, Don is Phil's brother. This is a very different kind of Woodbreak book. But I hope it gets enjoyed anyway.
DeleteLove all the comments. :D
I was glad that I didn't get to read the story on here last week since I still had one to read this week! The giveaway has been fun though, especially seeing all the comments, haha! *thinks I'll take Edith's good idea*

I actually do share a birthday with a lady at church, which is sorta neat! My great-grandmother's birthday was the day after mine too, which was also neat. I had thought it would be fun to be at her house for our birthdays; one year I was, but it was after she had passed. <3 Having your aunt nearby though to visit sounds fun though! I hope you had a good time visiting with her!

ReplyDelete*shakes head* Re-try, lol.
ReplyDeleteIt's been rainy and chilly some here too, but it's warmed up toward the end of the week here as well! It's been a wonderful week; we're on spring break and are having our missions conference, something we haven't done in two years because of COVID! And that's fun that your nieces and nephews want to walk with y'all. <3

Oh, spring break sounds delightful. *wonders if I could have a "spring break" from writing and blogging and such*
Delete*decides that might not be a good idea*
And I did enter some of the giveaways, hence the reason for all these comments, lol! Were you expecting to get this many? :D
ReplyDelete~CeeCee
I was not expecting this many comments, but it's fun. :D
